Progress Reel is designed as a local-first personal record. The current private-beta product direction is that progress photos, optional weight, and workout notes remain on the device by default.

Photos and health context

Progress photos are not part of a public profile or feed. They are not sent for AI body analysis. Weight and workout notes are optional user-entered context.

Optional AI assistance

If enabled in a future build, AI assistance is user-invoked and text-only: for example, cleaning up a dictated workout note or preparing a reflection from approved text context. The user reviews the result before saving it.

Before release

Data disclosures, retention, third-party SDKs, and support processes will be reviewed against the exact shipped version before any external release. This page will be updated with the final release policy.
