The role
Production Operator / Product Finisher
Marcus establishes product direction, architecture, taste, consequential client communication, final acceptance, and ship or no-ship authority. You make the path between build output and finished reality visible and complete.
Keep work moving.
Maintain a clean bug ledger, identify what is blocked, return incomplete work for correction, and retest until the system is actually done.
Own readiness.
Coordinate deployment and release closure across browser, app-store, hosting, and environment handoffs while escalating only consequential decisions.
