Progress Reel / U.S. App Store release
A quiet, local-first way to keep the same three photos, a little training context, and the moments worth replaying.
Available on the U.S. App Store since August 14, 2026.
Photos stay local by default. No social feed. No body scoring.

Front / Left / Right
One small sequence
Progress Reel does not ask you to perform for an audience. It gives you one repeatable moment to keep for yourself.
Use guided Front, Left, and Right capture to build a more consistent visual record.
Weight and a short training note are optional. The ritual works even when all you have is three photos.
Return to your archive, select a pose and a few dates, then make a personal reel from the frames you kept.
Today
Three views. One dated moment.
Today’s ritual
Ready when you are.Ritual Room
Guided framing makes the future archive more legible. The photos remain your files, stored locally by default. Batch imports are reviewed before a check-in is kept, so Front, Left, and Right are never a mystery.
The payoff
A Reel is made from one pose across selected dates. It is a private visual comparison, not a claim about your body.
Frame alignment and real local video export are being tested in private beta.
Built with restraint
Progress photos stay local by default. There is no public profile, leaderboard, or body-analysis feature. Optional AI assistance is text-only, user-invoked, and designed for cleaning up a dictated workout note or offering a modest reflection on saved context.
