Using Walnut Signal
These terms apply to Walnut Signal, a native musical instrument app made by Symposium Studios. By installing or using a released version of the app, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms and any applicable Apple platform terms.
License
Symposium Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Walnut Signal on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules. The app, visual design, software, brand, and included starter content remain the property of Symposium Studios and its licensors.
Your patches and music
You retain your rights in original patch names, notes, sequences, recordings, and music you create. Walnut Signal does not upload that content to Symposium Studios. You are responsible for ensuring that material you create or distribute does not infringe another party’s rights.
Health and hearing
Synthesized audio can become loud or resonant. Start at a low device volume, especially with headphones, and use reasonable listening levels. Stop using the app if playback is uncomfortable.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, Walnut Signal is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every route or accessory, preservation of local patches after device or app changes, or fitness for a particular professional purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Symposium Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost local content, recordings, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the app.
Changes, termination, and governing terms
We may update the app or these terms. You may stop using Walnut Signal at any time. We may suspend a version when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform requirements. Rights you may have under mandatory consumer law are not excluded.
