Help with the instrument

Support

Effective August 10, 2026

Before contacting support

  • Confirm your iPhone volume is audible and Silent Mode is not suppressing the route you expect.
  • Stop and restart transport if an interruption, route change, or other app took audio focus.
  • Use the compact keyboard to check one voice independently of the running sequence.
  • Remember that phrase and key changes join running playback at the next safe sequence boundary.

Saved patches

Saved variations live locally on your iPhone. The Library lists local patches before musical starting points. Archive is recoverable immediately through Undo; deleting the app can remove its local data.

What to include in a report

Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Walnut Signal version and build from the About screen, the patch or starter you were using, and clear steps that reproduce the problem. Do not send credentials or private device backups.

Contact

Email marcus@symposiumstudios.ai with “Walnut Signal Support” in the subject. This page does not promise round-the-clock response times.

Product status

Walnut Signal is currently in native release-candidate preparation and is not yet publicly available for download. Final device listening, App Store identity, archive, metadata, and submission remain pending.
