These terms govern your use of Get Me Dates, an adult-only profile-coaching service operated by Symposium Studios. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Get Me Dates analyzes user-selected profile photos and inputs and generates suggested photo order, cuts, profile strategy, bios, and prompts. It is not a dating service, matching service, background-check provider, safety service, or professional advisor. Features may change, pause, or be limited during beta and release-candidate testing.
2. Eligibility and your content
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You must own or have permission to use every photo and piece of information you submit. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Symposium Studios and its service providers a limited, temporary license to transmit and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not submit nudity, explicit sexual content, photos of minors, illegal content, impersonation material, or content that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights. You may not use Get Me Dates to catfish, impersonate, conceal material relationship context, misrepresent your intentions, coerce or exploit another person, evade platform safety systems, reverse engineer the service, overload the service, or automate activity on third-party dating platforms.
4. AI output
Outputs are suggestions, not facts or guarantees. AI can misread a photo, miss context, produce unsuitable language, or reflect limitations in its training and instructions. Review every suggestion before using it. We do not promise matches, dates, compatibility, safety, increased engagement, or any other outcome.
5. Third-party services
Get Me Dates is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, Feeld, or other dating platforms. Their names are used to identify the profile context you select. You are responsible for following their terms and community rules. App stores, AI providers, hosting providers, and notification services may also apply their own terms.
6. Availability, limits, and beta changes
Reviews may take time and may fail, expire, or be temporarily unavailable. We may impose photo, request, install, network, or usage limits; modify or discontinue features; or suspend access to protect users, control abuse and cost, comply with law, or maintain the service. We are not required to preserve expired review jobs or local app sessions.
7. Saved and shared output
You control whether to copy, save, publish, or share generated material. Once you export material to your device or another service, that copy is outside Get Me Dates and is governed by your choices and the receiving service.
8. Intellectual property
Get Me Dates, its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Symposium Studios or its licensors. These terms do not grant permission to copy the service, use our marks, or create a competing product from protected portions of the service.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for your profile, communications, meetings, safety decisions, and compliance with applicable law and platform rules. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Ending use
You may stop using the service and delete your local session at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, suspected misuse, security risks, or service changes. Sections that reasonably must survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior conduct, will continue to apply.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product changes and will revise the effective date above. Questions can be sent to marcus@symposiumstudios.ai.
These terms are product-complete for beta presentation but should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before broad commercial release.
