Let’s get your review moving again.
Tell us which screen you were on, the dating-app mode you selected, and the exact message you saw. Screenshots are useful. Private profile photos are not.
Email Get Me Dates supportCurrent product statusGet Me Dates is in release-candidate testing. The hosted review service, resumable background jobs, and completion notifications are implemented; final public release still requires hands-on device acceptance.
01A review looks stuck
After your packet is accepted, you can leave the app. The review continues on the server for up to about one hour. Reopen Get Me Dates to resume from the saved receipt. If the job expired, start a new review with the same local photo set.
02No notification arrived
Notifications are optional. Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Get Me Dates and make sure alerts are allowed. You can still reopen the app to retrieve a completed review. Notifications contain no photos or profile text.
03Photo preparation failed
Select 3–20 photos. Each original can be up to 15MB. The app makes smaller review copies on-device; your originals stay local. Remove and re-add any photo marked with an error, then retry on a stable connection.
04The review service cannot be reached
Confirm that you are online, return to the photo set, and retry once. Do not repeatedly start new sessions. If the message persists, send support the time, app mode, photo count, and error text, but not the photos themselves.
05Saved image or copy action failed
Allow Photos access when saving a profile receipt. Copy actions should confirm on screen. If either action fails, include your iOS version and a screenshot of the message in your support email.
06Delete a session or report privacy concern
Use Delete Session on the final screen to clear the working session and request deletion of an active temporary job. If you cannot reach that screen, email us. Do not attach sensitive photos.
