Short version
Friend CRM is designed as a private relationship-memory desk. It is not a social network, contact harvester, message reader, or automated outreach tool.
What you enter
Friend CRM stores the people, notes, context, boundaries, and next moves you choose to enter. The public web demo contains fictional sample data only. Do not enter someone else’s private information unless you have a legitimate reason to keep it and can handle it responsibly.
Local storage
The current product is local-first. The web demo stores its working data in your browser. The iPhone app stores its working data on the device. You can clear local product data from within the app. Local reset cannot remove copies you separately exported, shared, or saved elsewhere.
What Friend CRM does not access
Friend CRM does not scrape or read your private messages, email, social-media accounts, calendar, address book, or call history. It does not import contacts by default, send messages for you, create hidden people scores, run advertising tracking, or operate a public profile feed.
Optional features and future changes
Some future versions may offer separately disclosed account, sync, or AI-assisted features. If such a feature becomes available, its data use will be described at the point of use and this policy will be updated before the feature is broadly released. AI suggestions, where offered, are drafts and require user review before they become durable records.
Support messages
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as device model, operating-system version, app version, screenshots, and a description of the issue. Please do not send sensitive relationship notes, exports, or private third-party data by email.
Children
Friend CRM is not designed for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information through support.
